Q: Do I need my own MC authority?
A: Yes, all owner-operators and carriers working with Truli Logistics Dispatching Services are required to operate under their own motor carrier authority.

Q: How do I get started?
A: Getting started with Truli Logistics couldn't be easier! Simply EMAIL US your credentials or CALL US to find out what you need to send.

Q: Who do you work with?
A: We work with Owner Operators working under their own MC authority as well as carriers with company drivers.

Q: What are the benefits of working with Truli Logistics?
A: There are many benefits of working with us! We handle all of the paperwork so you can say goodbye to filling out carrier packets, insurance certificate requests, phone calls, faxes, NOAs, invoicing, and billing. We even take care of the rate confirmations.

Q: I only have a truck, but no trailer, can you still help me?
A: Absolutely! We can dispatch Power-Only and Tow-Away loads to get you going.

Q: Can I decline a load?
A: You're not required to take every load that's offered. We work hard to find loads that fulfill your requirements, but you're able to decline any loads you don't want to take. We ask that you define your requirements and communicate with our dispatch agents so as to save everyone time and headaches.

Q: What are the differences between FTL Services and LTL Services?
A: FTL stands for Full Truckload. A shipment that is over 10,000 lbs. or takes up an entire truck by itself is considered Full Truckload. One of the main characteristic of an FTL Services is that it will take your shipment on a long haul, making one trip from point A to Point B without transferring the cargo. LTL stands for Less Than Truckload. If you have 200 pounds of freight to transport, you’ve got an LTL shipment. It takes just a section of the truck and the cargo is safely consolidated with other shipments that may be picked up and distributed in the same area.

Q: What about fuel advances?
A: Fuel advances can be requested but because every broker will have different terms and costs associated with this service, we will have to be explicitly instructed to request fuel advances by the decision maker.

Q: Do you work with factoring companies?
A: Absolutely! Over the years we've worked with several different factors and certainly can recommend several different quality factors based on your needs and requirements. Corefund Capital and Triumph Business Capital are the factoring companies we recommend at this time. PLEASE MENTION TRULI LOGISTICS WHEN YOU CONTACT EITHER ONE so your application can be processed expeditiously.
